Provectus Management and Sterling Vision is Hiring a Facilities Coordinator Near Eugene, OR

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious candidate to fill an open role in our practice. A facility coordinator’s responsibilities include helping our organization run smoothly and ensuring that deadlines, plans for projects or any tasks related to the operations department get accomplished in a timely manner with no issues.

The facility coordinator needs to be reliable, organized and have great communication skills. The ability to resolve problematic situations or events quickly is also very important. Ultimately, this role is a supportive role with oversight over many operational and administrative projects.

If you enjoy a job that provides a variety of different tasks that need to be completed, this is the job for you! You will gain experience in everything from marketing and procurement, to constructing furniture and analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the operations and administration departments as projects arise.
  • Directly report to the Management Team and work with the clinical staff and managers to learn the specified needs and goals that they have during the day to day and long term.
  • Ensuring all projects and activities adhere to our industry and company standards.
  • Observe, review, analyze and learn our current processes across multiple departments and be able to identify any areas where inefficiencies may be or where improvements could be made.
  • Be able to react quickly to any urgent projects as they may arise and resolve them in a timely manner.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.) preferable.
  • Experience working with close-knit teams
  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Great interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with work colleagues and vendors.
  • Effective communication skills including speaking, writing and active listening.
  • The ability to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of channels.
  • Willingness to learn and hone skills that are pertinent to the position.

Salary: $18 per hour with pay bump available after a three-month performance evaluation. Yearly performance raises also can be expected.
